Repairs service
Secchiari boots will take care of its products for life.
For all repairs, the cost will be borne by the customer, intervening and evaluating case by case. For a first evaluation of the repair it is necessary to send an email with photos to: info@secchiariboots.com
If the repair is possible, the customer must send the package containing the products TOTALLY CLEAN (including sole), and with their data inside the address: SECCHIARI BOOTS via E. mattei 102/104 62014 Corridonia (MC)
All repairs that do not comply with these two rules will not be processed, Secchiari will only communicate and close the package, the customer will be responsible for collecting it from Secchiari.
The final amount of the repair including transport costs will be made only after viewing the product. However we have a generic price list for the most common repairs (excluding transport):
Repair processing times range from 1 to 4 weeks, excluding shipping times.
